ZENIT 💙 PETERSBURG. 100 YEARS TOGETHER
Saint Petersburg, Sevkabel Port
May 25, 2025 — January 11, 2026
On May 25, the day of the celebration of the centenary of the Zenit football club, an exhibition dedicated to the 100-year history of the club and the city opened in the Sevkabel Port space.
The exhibition-journey, on the one hand, represents a chronological path lasting 100 years — from the birth of modern Zenit in the workshops of the Leningrad Metal Plant to major European victories and the status of the most titled club in Russia, and on the other hand, it demonstrates the inseparable connection of the team with Petersburg, the city to which the blue-white-sky blues owe their identity.
12 halls, each of which is a separate story. In one, the viewer is immersed in the atmosphere of the 1930s, where Zenit was only emerging in the factory districts. In another, one will feel the anxious breath of besieged Leningrad, where football became an act of courage and faith. And somewhere else, one will again hear the stadium roar when Andrey Arshavin scores the decisive goal.
For the first time in history, all of Zenit's trophies are presented simultaneously at the exhibition, including the UEFA Cup and Super Cup, the 1944 USSR Cup, and the 1984 national championship cup. Visitors to the exposition will see photographs, personal belongings, documents, posters, and much more. Unique items received from museums and archives of Petersburg and Moscow, as well as from collectors, players and their relatives, coaches, journalists, and fans.
Well-known Petersburgers took part in the recording of the audio guide:
Mikhail Piotrovsky, Lev Lurie, Teodor Currentzis, Gennady Orlov,
Mikhail Boyarsky, Sergey Shnurov, Alexander Rosenbaum, Tatyana Bulanova, rapper Alblak52.
A special route for the youngest visitors tells about Zenit's life path easily and engagingly — through interactive elements and fascinating details of the exposition. The audio guide for the children's route was recorded by the most recognizable voice of Detskoye Radio, Alexander Morozov.
