INTERNI 2016

A 12-metre high cylinder, set in the middle of the courtyard of the University of Milan, consists of 336 closely fitted screens. A “dance” of successive drawings of towers, bell towers and other vertical structures emerges from the voluminous screen. The surface of the tower is not only a space for broadcasting the programmed content, but also a field for self-expression: touch screens are installed on both sides of the courtyard, where exhibition visitors can draw anything they want and see their own creations on the canvas of the media facade. The installation reminds us that the cognition and communication through drawing, known since times immemorial, is still relevant today.
