The exhibition is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Russian animation.
The exposition tells the history of Russian cartoon production from its origins to the present day with the use of audio accompaniment, multimedia and modern technologies.
On the area of more than 1000 square meters more than 250 exhibits and more than 100 legendary Russian cartoons of all times are presented. Visitors will see unique sketches, artifacts, real puppets and sets from classic animated films; get acquainted with the works of the 2000 Oscar winner for the film «The Old Man and the Sea» Alexander Petrov, who works in a unique technique of «animated painting».
